Well, the Fire Nation eats a lot of meat. Even their meat eats meat, and Zuko's as healthy as I am.

I guess it depends on how much you have. [Like any diet, alas. It'd be nice if a quick fix really could work.]

[In a way, Usagi sees most of the things she's had to do or get used to here as simple maturity. They might be hard sometimes, but they're good and beneficial in the end, usually. On the other hand, she worries about some of her friends who've gradually changed drastically over time.]

I think everyone has to change eventually, in some ways. Being here might just make it happen faster.
