008 § Video/Offline § A House For Appa

[The feed comes on and there's a rather good sized pile of junk around Aang. Some rocks and stones and bricks from broken walls, some bits of wood and metal, and a bucket from the mom and pop shop Reno talked about that has some nails and hammers and things.]

Now that the water's gone, I'm gonna make a house for Appa! It's gonna be sorta made of everything, but it'll work!

If anyone wants to help me, they can! Or they can just come by and hang out!

[He grins at her.] I made him one when it was raining out, but it was just earth so I had to keep remaking it. This should be a little better.

[Katara rolls her sleeves up, then considers. She's not sure how much help she'd be with the building, but --]

[And without waiting for a response, she starts scrambling back towards their house.]

Umm... okay.

[She's smiling when she comes back. There's a bag at her hip -- if people are going to be working outside, they might as well have some snacks to eat while they do, and while the pickings are slim after the devastation of the flood... oh well.

She's still just in a good mood: no one has died, been killed, maimed, shot, or exploded in the past few weeks. Adstring is really outdoing itself.]

That's a good idea! Snacks will go great with Iroh's tea!

[She smiles at him, slipping the bag off.]
